I’m a hands-on Experience Architect / Behavioral Strategy Consultant with more than 25 years in design and digital experience. My work spans enterprise platforms, data products, commerce, insurance, healthcare, and public services.

I bring research, information architecture, and interaction design together to help teams understand fragmented systems and make useful product decisions. I work closely with product and engineering from discovery through prototypes and delivery.

At Makertank, I continue to work on product design. My interests also include White Rock and community service in the Bellevue area.
