Client Portfolio Access Terms
1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to the protected client portfolio on chadthebrand.com, including case studies, slides, images, research artifacts, résumé details and any downloadable file made available after registration (together, the “Portfolio Materials”). You must accept these terms, and verify your email address, before the Portfolio Materials are shown.
2. Limited permission to view
You are given a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable permission to view the Portfolio Materials solely to evaluate Chad Halsted’s professional services for a possible engagement or role. No other use is permitted.
3. Ownership stays where it is
The Portfolio Materials include work created for or owned by Chad Halsted’s clients and collaborators. Clients and creators retain all of their rights. Nothing on this site transfers or licenses any intellectual property to you, and showing this work does not mean any client endorses Chad Halsted or this site.
4. Keep it confidential
Treat the Portfolio Materials as confidential. Use reasonable safeguards to prevent anyone else from seeing them, and do not share your access with anyone else.
5. What you may not do
Without Chad Halsted’s prior written permission, you may not redistribute, publish, forward, copy, screen-capture, screen-record, scrape, index or archive the Portfolio Materials, or upload or submit them to any AI or machine-learning system (including for training, analysis or summarization). Do not download any Portfolio Material except through a download control this portal expressly provides, and keep any authorized download subject to these same terms.
6. Revocation
Access may be suspended or revoked at any time, including for misuse or suspected misuse. Ending your access does not end your obligations under these terms, and these terms do not limit any other legal rights or obligations that already apply to the Portfolio Materials.
7. Your information
When you register, your name, company, verified email address and the time and version of your acceptance are recorded to verify you, provide access and protect client work. See the Privacy notice for details and how to make a privacy or access request.

These website terms are provided to protect client material and are subject to review by the site owner and counsel. They do not create a separate non-disclosure agreement.
