This notice covers the registration that protects client work on chadthebrand.com. Messages sent through the contact form are used only to reply to you.
What we collect when you register
Your name, company and email address; confirmation that your email address was verified; and the version and time at which you accepted the Client Portfolio Access Terms, together with a copy of those terms. To limit abuse, your network address is used briefly in hashed form to rate-limit sign-in requests; it is not stored with your registration.
Why we use it
Only to verify who you are, to provide access to protected client work, and to protect that work (for example, to show which terms applied to your access or to revoke access in case of misuse).
What we don't do
We don't add you to a mailing list or send marketing email, and we don't sell your details. You'll receive only the sign-in emails you request.
Who processes it
Registration and sign-in run on this site's hosting and authentication provider, which stores the information on our behalf.
Privacy and access requests
To ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask for your access and details to be removed, email chadthebrand@gmail.com. Some acceptance records may need to be kept where necessary to protect client material.
