The challenge
Vendor tools had evolved independently. The UX challenge was to make the combined experience more coherent around the work vendors needed to complete.
What I did
- Examined the structure of the existing experience and how vendors moved between tasks.
- Developed information architecture, experience models, and workflow concepts oriented around vendor needs.
- Connected assessment, gap analysis, prioritization, detailed design, and prototyping in the roadmap.
Outcomes
- A structured direction for consolidating fragmented vendor experiences and simplifying end-to-end workflows. Internal plans and screens are not reproduced here.
