The challenge
Small and midsize businesses want the leverage of AI but lack the time, tools, and trust to adopt it safely in day-to-day work.
What I did
- Own product strategy through hands-on design in Figma.
- Prototype and ship AI-native products with Claude, Gemini, and Lovable.
- Design human-in-the-loop flows where AI drafts and the person decides.
