Safeco Agent Incentives: an instant-win reinvention

The challenge

An established agent incentives program needed a refreshed interaction. The opportunity was to create a more engaging reward reveal while keeping the implementation manageable.

What I did

• Considered how anticipation, variation, and feedback could make the reward experience more engaging.
• Combined simple animation with programmable logic to demonstrate an interaction without introducing an unnecessarily complex technical system.
• Designed both the agent-facing interaction and the supporting administrative workflows.
